A man was wounded Wednesday evening in a shooting in the Near North Side neighborhood.

The 19-year-old was standing at 6:54 p.m. in the 1300 block of North Hudson when a vehicle drove by and someone inside fired shots, according to Chicago Police.

Hewas shot in the hip and taken to Northwestern Memorial Hospital, where his condition wasstabilized, police said.
