A woman who was missing for more than a month from the South Side Bronzeville neighborhood has returned home.

Maria Gonzalez, 50, had last been seen April 18 in the 3600 block of South Michigan, according to a missing person alert from Chicago Police.

Police said Wednesday morning that Gonzalez had returned home.
