A teenage boy was wounded in a shooting Monday morning on the West Side.

At 11:57 a.m., the 15-year-old was riding in a vehicle in the 100 block of North Pulaski when a blue sedan pulled up and someone inside started shooting, according to Chicago police.

He was shot three times and taken to Stroger Hospital, where his condition was stabilized, police said.

Area North detectives were investigating.
