A woman was killed and a man was critically injured in a single-vehicle crash Sunday morning in the Englewood neighborhood on the South Side.

The crash happened at 4:27 a.m. in the 700 block of West 69th Street, according to Chicago Police and the Cook County Medical Examiner’s Office.

The vehicle’s passenger, 25-year-old Mattulia Robinson, was pronounced dead at 5:10 a.m., authorities said. Her home address wasn’t immediately known.

The 36-year-old man who was driving was taken to Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn, where he was listed in critical condition, police said.

No further information was immediately available.
