A 54-year-old woman died at a northwest suburban hospital Sunday, seven months after she was hit by a vehicle in Park City.

Quanellis Stinnette was pronounced dead at 8:42 a.m. at Lutheran General Hospital in Park Ridge from complications of injuries she suffered from being struck by a vehicle on Aug. 11, 2017, somewhere in northwest suburban Park City, according to the Cook County Medical Examiner’s Office.

She lived at a Des Plaines rehabilitation facility before she was taken to the hospital, according to the medical examiner’s office and Des Plaines police. Her death was ruled an accident.
