A 24-year-old man found dead Saturday evening had jumped from a high-rise building in the Loop.

About 6:10 p.m., Jeremy Y. Pan was found unresponsive in the 200 block of North Dearborn, Chicago Police and the Cook County Medical Examiner’s Office said. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Pan jumped from the 21st floor of a building, authorities said. His death was ruled a suicide.

Investigators were questioning a person who was with the victim in the room from which he fell, police said.
