A man was killed in a shooting Monday in East Garfield Park on the West Side.

Isadore Campbell, 29, was shot in the chest at 7:35 a.m. in the first block of South Albany Avenue, Chicago police the Cook County medical examiner’s office said.

He was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital in critical condition and was later pronounced dead, authorities said.

The shooter left the area in a gray car, police said.

An autopsy Tuesday found that Campbell died from multiple gunshot wounds, the medical examiner’s office said.

Area North detectives are conducting a homicide investigation.
