A man is in critical condition after a crash Tuesday in Ravenswood on the North Side.

The 65-year-old was driving east at 10:25 a.m. when he suffered a “medical incident” in the 1900 block of West Lawrence Avenue, according to Chicago police.

The vehicle crashed into a light pole and the man was taken to Swedish Covenant Hospital in critical condition, police said.
