Update [2:19 p.m.]: The Bears listed Trubisky as a full participant in practice Wednesday.
The Bears will keep an eye on Mitch Trubisky and coach Matt Nagy called him “day-to-day” as the team prepares to host the Giants on Sunday. Nagy said he did not know whether Trubisky would practice Wednesday afternoon or how much work he would do.
“I hope so,” he said.
Nagy said Trubisky injured his hip during the 17-7 loss to the Rams on Sunday. He played his last snap with 7:50 remaining, and the Bears sent in Chase Daniel when they got the ball back with 3:31 left.
Trubisky completed 24 of 43 passes for 190 yards with a touchdown and an interception. Aside from interceptions, his numbers are down across the board from last season. His 82.2 passer rating ranks 26th among 33 quarterbacks with enough attempts to qualify.
