Associated Bank: Donna N. Smith, executive vice president and head of corporate banking, was named one of 25 Women to Watch by American Banker.

EY: Kelly Grier, vice chair of talent for the Americas, was selected to serve on the National Advisory Council on Innovation and Entrepreneurship.

Plastic Surgery Foundation: Nicholas B. Vedder, chief of plastic surgery and vice chair of the department of surgery at the University of Washington in Seattle, was appointed to a one-year term as president.

SIM Partners: Saul Delage was named vice president of global channel development, from vice president of business development at Razorfish.

SmithGroupJJR: The architecture firm hired Tony LoBello as learning studio leader at its Chicago office. He was most recently education leader at Gensler.

West Monroe Partners: President Kevin McCarty was named to the additional post of CEO. He replaces Dean Fischer, who is retiring and will assume the role of executive chairman of the board of managers.
