Two men were wounded Wednesday in a shooting on Lake Shore Drive in the Gold Coast.

About 1 a.m., the men, 24 and 25, were traveling south in a Pontiac Grand Prix when a silver sedan pulled alongside them in the 1000 block of North Lake Shore Drive and fired shots, Chicago police said.

The 24-year-old was struck in the left side and the 25-year-old was struck in the left leg, police said. They were able to drive to Stroger Hospital, where they were stabilized.

No one is in custody as Area Central detectives investigate.
