Two carjackings were reported in April, 2020, in Chatham on the South Side.

Chicago police are warning residents of two carjackings reported in April in Chatham on the South Side.

In each incident victims are approached by two males who pulled out guns and demanded their vehicles, according to a community alert from Chicago police.

The robberies happened about noon April 11 in the 100 block of West 83rd Street and about 5:40 p.m. April 22 in the 400 block of East 89th Place, police said.
