WASHINGTON–Talks continue Sunday in the Senate over raising the debt ceiling, as an Aug. 2 default deadline looms. A vote is set for about 1 p.m. Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid delayed a vote that had been scheduled earlier for his bill because of some progress made in negotiations with Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell. The House is in recess until Monday.
