SHARE Authorities respond to suspicious package at Wacker & Wells

CPD and CFD vehicles have responded to a report of a suspicious package found by construction in the Loop at the intersection of Wacker and Wells. The Chicago Fire Dept. called a Level One HazMat response for the package at Wacker Drive and North Wells Street, according to dispatch reports. Police could not immediately provide additional information.

UPDATE 9:57 AM: While details are still unavailable, scanner reports say the package has been secured.
