A 16-year-old girl who was reported missing from the South Side Grand Boulevard neighborhood Monday has been found safe.

Khayylie Collins had been reported missing from the 4800 block of South Vincennes, according to a missing person alert from Chicago Police.

As of Friday, she has been found and is safe, according to police.
