Man shot in West Pullman

A man was shot Sunday afternoon in the West Pullman neighborhood on the Far South Side.

The 31-year-old was sitting on a porch in the 11800 block of South Emerald at 12:40 p.m. when he heard shots and felt pain, according to Chicago Police.

He was shot in the right arm and taken to Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn in good condition, police said.
