Later in the morning, the President will depart the White House en route Norfolk, Virginia. The departure from the South Lawn and the arrival at Naval Air Station Norfolk are open press.

While in Norfolk, the President will deliver remarks at a campaign event at Norfolk State University. This campaign event is open to pre-credentialed members of the media.

In the afternoon, the President will depart Norfolk, Virginia en route Washington, DC. The departure from Naval Air Station Norfolk and the arrival on the South Lawn are open press.
