Three people are in custody after three people were shot early Sunday at a bowling alley in south suburban Richton Park.

Officers responded about 1:30 a.m. to a call of shots fired at Lakewood Bowl, 5125 Sauk Trail, where they found two people suffering from gunshot wounds, according to a statement from Richton Park police.

A third victim drove himself to the hospital, police said. Two of the victims were treated and released, and the other remains hospitalized in critical condition as of Sunday afternoon.

Three people, two adults and one juvenile, were taken into custody, police said.

The shooting remains under investigation. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Detective Division at (708) 283-6393 ext. 427.
