A man was shot Tuesday morning in the East Garfield Park neighborhood on the West Side.

The shooting happened at 9:34 a.m. in the 600 block of South Albany, according to Chicago Police.

The 21-year-old man was shot in the both legs and was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital, where his condition stabilized.

Police said the man was uncooperative with investigators.
