Man shot in North Lawndale

A man was wounded in a shooting Tuesday night in the North Lawndale neighborhood on the West Side.

The 34-year-old was walking in the 3800 block of West 19th Street at 11:10 p.m. when he heard shots and realized he’d been hit, according to Chicago Police.

He was shot in the arm and taken to Mount Sinai Hospital in good condition, police said.
