Sophia Bush split with beau becomes known

“Chicago PD” star Sophia Bush was seen all over town during Lollapalooza, but now we know why she wasn’t spotted with presumed boyfriend Dan Fredinburg. According to Us Weekly, the couple broke up — though amicably — back in February.

The frequently-cited reason — dedication to careers complicated maintaining the relationship – was given for the split.

However, Bush clearly continues to be on excellent terms with the Google program manager, as evidenced by her deep concern expressed on Twitter in April, after a horrible avalanche occured in the Himalayas while Fredinburg was there on a climbing trip.

“For all concerned @danfredinburg & team are safe at Camp 1 on #Everest. Please keep the Sherpas in your prayers,” Bush tweeted.
