A 74-year-old missing northwest Indiana man has been found safe after police issued an alert saying he might be in danger.

Donald G. Morgan was last seen about 1 p.m. Tuesday in Crown Point and was thought to be in danger, according to a silver alert from Indiana State Police.

The alert was canceled Thursday morning and Crown Point police said Morgan has been found safe.
