A man was shot Saturday afternoon in the Greater Grand Crossing neighborhood on the South Side.

The 24-year-old was in the 7400 block of South Princeton about 1:50 p.m. when he was shot in the leg, police said.

He was taken to Saint Bernard Hospital and Health Care Center in fair condition, police said.
