A stray bullet struck a 53-year-old man inside a Humboldt Park neighborhood home during a West Side shooting early Monday.

About 12:15 a.m., one of the man’s relatives was on the front porch of the home in the 4200 block of West Thomas when someone walked up and started shooting, according to Chicago Police.

A bullet went through a window and grazed the 53-year-old’s head, police said. He was treated and released at the scene.
