A man was shot in the Englewood neighborhood Wednesday evening.

About 5:10 p.m., the 22-year-old was outside in the 6100 block of South Stewart when someone in a passing vehicle shot him in the back and buttocks, police said.

He then “relocated” to the 6300 block of South Parnell, and from there he was taken to Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn, police said. His condition had stabilized.
