The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives and the Federal Bureau of Investigation are seeking the public’s help finding a fugitive who has ties to northwest Indiana, the South Side of Chicago and downstate Danville.

Authorities announced Thursday the unsealing of an indictment against 25-year-old LaJuan Fitzpatrick from Danville, for drug conspiracy and using a firearm in relation to a drug trafficking crime in which an individual was murdered, according to a statement from the U.S. Attorney’s office in Indiana.

Fitzpatrick is described as a 5-foot-9, 145-pound black man with black hair and brown eyes, the statement said. He is considered to be armed and dangerous.

Anyone with information regarding Fitzpatrick’s whereabouts should contact the ATF at 800-ATF-Guns or the FBI at (219) 942-4900.
