Two people were shot early Sunday in the East Garfield Park neighborhood on the West Side.

The man and woman, both 30 years old, were standing outside about 4:10 a.m. in the 2700 block of West Wilcox when a red SUV pulled up and someone inside opened fire, according to Chicago Police.

The woman was shot in the chest and the man was shot in the buttocks, police said. They later showed up at Mount Sinai Hospital, where both of their conditions were stabilized.
