A firefighter suffered a minor injury while fighting an extra-alarm fire Tuesday afternoon in the Logan Square neighborhood on the Northwest Side.

Crews responded to the fire about 12:30 p.m. in the 2700 block of North Campbell, according to Fire Media Affairs.

The fire originated at a home at 2720 N. Campbell and had exposures to north and south, according to Fire Media.

One firefighter suffered a minor injury.

Fire Media said the blaze was caused by unattended cooking.
