Nashville Predators Taylor Beck is a White Sox fan

Nashville Predators left wing Taylor Beck must not have hard feelings for the city of Chicago after the Blackhawks defeated the Predators in the opening round of the Stanley Cup playoffs.

Beck was on a private plane with teammate Mike Fisher and wife/country singer Carrie Underwood, and the Predators left wing is wearing a White Sox hat.

No indication of Beck attending any White Sox games this season.

Nearly 70 arrested as police clear pro-Palestinian encampment at Art Institute of Chicago

Police said the museum asked them to clear the encampment on Saturday, hours after organizers set up a number of tents in the Art Institute’s North Garden that they said was intended to pressure the school to disclose its investments, give amnesty to demonstrators and divest from those supporting the “occupation of Palestine.”

Report: White Sox, Bulls, Blackhawks partnering with Standard Media Group, not Stadium

As the Sun-Times has reported, the teams were set to join Stadium once their agreement with NBC Sports Chicago expires in October. On Saturday, The Athletic reported that the teams will partner with Standard Media Group, a company based in Nashville, Tennessee.
