A 49-year-old man was shot with a BB gun Thursday afternoon in an Englewood neighborhood drive-by shooting on the South Side.

The 49-year-old was shot in the head at 5:31 p.m. in the first block of West 69th Street when someone opened fire from a passing silver car, according to Chicago Police.

He was taken to Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn, where his condition was stabilized, police said.
