Man robs Westchester bank

A man robbed a back inside a west suburban Jewel-Osco store on Friday evening in Westchester.

The robber, thought to be in his 40s, showed up at the TCF Bank branch shortly before 7 p.m. at 2128 Mannheim Road, according to the FBI.

He was about 5-foot-9, had heavy acne and pitting on his face, and was wearing a blue and purple winter jacket with a black hat and scarf, authorities said.

He didn’t show a weapon, and no one was hurt.
