Man, 22, shot in Lawndale

A man was shot Thursday evening in the Lawndale neighborhood on the Southwest Side.

The 22-year-old was walking about 4:55 p.m. in the 2200 block of South Kolin when a vehicle pulled up to him and someone inside fired shots, Chicago Police said.

He was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital in good condition with a gunshot wound to his right leg, police said.
