A 67-year-old woman reported missing Thursday afternoon from the Albany Park neighborhood on the Northwest Side has been found.

Nurit Getahun was last seen at 9 a.m. Thursday in the 4600 block of North Avers, Chicago Police said in a missing person alert.

She has since been located and reunited with her family, police said Friday morning.

Caschaus Tate, 20, stopped investigators at the door, then went out the back of the home and tossed a gun into the yard in the 10800 block of South Hale Street, police said.
