Two men were shot Sunday afternoon in the Back of the Yards neighborhood on the South Side.

The men, ages 26 and 28, were on a front porch in the 5300 block of South Hoyne when two people approached and fired shots, according to Chicago Police.

The younger man was shot in his left arm and taken to St. Bernard Hospital, while the older man was taken to Holy Cross Hospital with a gunshot wound to his ankle, police said. Both their conditions were stabilized.
