A woman was pulled out of Lake Michigan Friday evening near the Gold Coast.

Divers pulled her from the water about 5:55 p.m. near the 700 block of North Lakeshore Drive, according to the Chicago Police Department.

She was initially taken to Northwestern Hospital in critical condition, but she has since been upgraded to good condition, police said. She’ll remain at the hospital for observation.
