A man was wounded in a drive-by shooting late Saturday in the Little Village neighborhood on the West Side.

At 11:44 p.m., the 18-year-old was shot by someone standing outside a dark vehicle in the 3300 block of West Cermak, according to Chicago police.

He was taken with a gunshot wound in his leg to Mount Sinai Hospital, where his condition stabilized, police said.

Area Central detectives were investigating.
