A 48-year-old man was reported missing from West Pullman on the Far South Side.

Angelo Day was last seen July 14 and is missing from the area of 126th Street and Yale Avenue, according to an alert from Chicago police.

He walks with a cane, has bipolar disorder, heart and kidney disease and is without prescription medication, police said.

He is 6 feet tall, 330 pounds with brown eyes, gray hair and scars on his lower right arm, police said. He may be wearing a black shirt, black pants and sometimes wears glasses.
