Man found fatally shot inside his Roseland home

A 29-year-old man was found dead in his home Monday in the 300 block of West 107th Street, police said.

A 29-year-old man was found shot to death in his home Monday afternoon in Roseland on the Far South Side.

Officers were called to the home about 12:15 p.m. in the 300 block of West 107th Street, Chicago police said.

Police found him unresponsive with three gunshot wounds to his face and one to his leg, police said. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

The Cook County medical examiner’s office identified him as Joshua Lawson.

No arrest has been made. Detectives are conducting a homicide investigation.
