The band Chicago, CSO pair up

The legendary Chicago rock band and the Chicago Symphony Orchestra will be performing two joint concerts early next year.

The Chicago-CSO performances will take place at Symphony Hall on Jan. 25 and 28. Conductor Richard Kaufman will lead the orchestra in a program that wil include some of Chicago’s best-known hits, including “If You Leave Me Now,” “(I’ve Been) Searchin’ So Long,” and “Saturday in the Park.”

Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. Thursday, and can be purchased by phone at (312) 294-3000 or (800) 223-7114, online at cso.org or at the Chicago Symphony Orchestra box office.
