Can you believe it?
After a decidedly Game of Thrones-esque winter, there are finally signs of spring starting to peek through the snow that has blanketed Chicago for months.
It’s hard to believe that just three days ago the city broke a snowfall record, but this afternoon’s temperatures have hovered around the mid-50s.
Enjoy it while it lasts. Not only will temperatures return to more familiar territory this weekend, it might even snow.
Sorry.
Winter will be back as soon as it came with a Saturday high of 41 degrees and a chance of snow overnight. Sunday’s high will be even worse, only 28 degrees with winds up to 25 mph.
Hope you're enjoying today's 50° weather because more snow moves in Sat night. The wintry forecast today at 4,5,6 & 10 pic.twitter.com/Hlb9QW745p
