Chicago Police Marine Unit members rescued a 60-year-old woman who fell into the water at Diversey Harbor late Sunday on the North Side.

Crews received a distress call about 9:30 p.m. and found her submerged in the harbor near Lake Shore Drive and Fullerton, according to Chicago Police.

They pulled her out and she was taken to Presence Saint Joseph Hospital in good condition, police said.
