The Jackson Boulevard bridge will be closed part of Tuesday for tests before the start of boating season.

The bridge will be closed from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., according to the Chicago Department of Transportation.

Traffic will be rerouted north on Clinton Street, east on Harrison Street, and north on Franklin Street to Jackson, said CDOT.
