WASHINGTON–Commerce Secretary Penny Pritzker hits Iowa today –from Pella to the Iowa State Fair–the latest stops on her listening tour–where she put on headphones on Wednesday at a Nashville recording studio during a visit to the famed Music Row in the city. According to The Tennessean, she was also due to have dinner with Sen. Bob Corker, the Tennessee Republican.

From The Tennessean: “Pritzker deflected questions about the possibility that Obama, a Democrat, might court Corker, a Republican, to be an ally on economic proposals and other legislation. She said the dinner with the second-term senator was “more of a social opportunity.”
