Leonard Floyd will return Sunday from a scary concussion suffered two weeks ago.

The outside linebacker, drafted No. 9 overall this year, will play Sunday against the 49ers at Solider Field.

Inactives include quarterback Jay Cutler, who is technically still on the 53-man roster despite having surgery on the labrum in his right shoulder Saturday.

Starting safety Adrian Amos (foot) will be out, too, as will, surprisingly, Jonathan Bullard. The third-round pick is inactive, and wasn’t on the injury report all week.

Receiver Eddie Royal (toe), cornerback De’Vante Bausby and Deiondre Hall, and center Cornelius Edison are also out.

Rookie Daniel Braverman figures to get Royal’s snaps in the slot.
