Already home to TV cops, firefighters and record executives, Chicago is about to play host to some prime-time possessed people.

Fox on Tuesday ordered “The Exorcist,” a drama series based on the 1973 movie classic. With a cast including Geena Davis and Alfonso Herrera, the show will focus on two priests trying to rid a family of grabby demons.

Like “A.P.B,” another series picked up this week by Fox, “The Exorcist” will shoot in Chicago.

It joins a lineup of Chicago-made network series that includes “Chicago Fire,” “Chicago P.D.,” “Chicago Med” and “Empire.” Tonight’s episode of “Chicago P.D.” introduces lawyers who will star on “Chicago Justice,” expected to be added to NBC’s schedule next week.
