A 61-year-old man suffering from Alzheimer’s disease who was reported missing from the Northwest Side Logan Square neighborhood has been located.

Hector Perez was last seen at 8:30 a.m. Sunday near Fullerton and Ridgeway avenues, according to a missing person alert from Chicago Police. He wears a medical alert bracelet for Alzheimer’s.

Police announced Monday evening that Perez had been located.
