A man was shot while in a garage in the West Englewood neighborhood Monday afternoon.

About 4:33 p.m., the 44-year-old was in a garage in the 7100 block of South Wolcott when someone drove by and opened fire, police said.

The man was taken to Holy Cross Hospital with a gunshot wound to the arm, police said. He was listed in good condition.
