Man, 19, shot in West Pullman

A man was shot Saturday afternoon in the West Pullman neighborhood on the Far South Side.

At 3:48 p.m., the 19-year-old was walking in the 900 block of West 116th Place when a light colored Chevrolet Impala drove by and someone inside fired shots, Chicago Police said. He was struck in the lower back. 

He was taken to Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn where his condition was stabilized, police said.
