Two people were shot while walking into a Wrightwood neighborhood home early Saturday on the Southwest Side.

Two other people got out of a white vehicle about 3:45 a.m. and opened fire on the 19-year-old man and 22-year-old woman in the 7900 block of South Francisco, according to Chicago Police.

She was shot in the shoulder, and he was hit in the arm and leg. Both were taken to Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn, where their conditions were stabilized, police said.
