Cubs fans are getting angry at the weather again

Never was baseball summed up better than in the movie “Bull Durham.” Sometimes you win, sometimes you lose, and sometimes it rains.

Cubs fans haven’t been too happy with the third option this season. The Cubs and Tigers are dealing with a big storm Tuesday night, and fans watching on TV have no patience for weather interruptions.

This isn’t the first time Cubs fans have gotten angry at weather interruptions. Earlier in the season during a game against the Cardinals, WGN stopped their baseball coverage completely in order to advise viewers of the inclement weather.

People are freaking out that they can’t watch the Cubs game during a tornadoBut just because half the viewing area is getting pounded by storms doesn’t mean the other half of fans are going to let their Cubs game get hijacked. This time it was ABC’s Jerry Taft taking the brunt of the anger.

Fortunately for those in danger, weather will always take presidence over baseball. For that matter, Tuesday night’s game may not be long lived as the weather rolls in.
